Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
You will then be presented with the Payments button. Clicking this button will take you to the secure payment page, where you can then pay using your credit or debit card.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you confirmation. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
The price for each Product from Internet Model Shop (UK) Ltd is in UK Pounds Sterling. While trying to ensure that all prices on the internetmodelshop.co.uk website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will honour that price. |
Shipping And Handling All orders over £5 will be shipped in the UK free of charge using royal mail.
For orders outside the UK please e-mail sales@internetmodelshop.co.uk specify your order and contact details.

| Tax Charges VAT has already been paid on import of our products. Our prices are in UK Pounds (GBP) and is the price you pay no hidden extras, if your order is greater than £5 post and packing in the UK is free. |

R/C MODELS, ESPECIALLY THE NITRO CARS, HAVE PARTS THAT CAN WEAR QUICKLY AND MUST BE REPLACED ON A REGULAR BASIS. THE FREQUENCY TO REPLACE THESE PARTS IS DEPENDENT ON THE USER AND THE TERRAIN WHERE THE MODEL IS USED. THEREFORE, THE INTERNET MODEL SHOP DO NOT OFFER REPLACEMENT PARTS, UNDER WARRANTY, FOR GENERAL WEAR & TEAR. PARTS ARE ONLY COVERED UNDER WARRANTY IF THEY HAVE A MANUFACTURING DEFECT. IT IS THE CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY TO REPORT ANY DEFECTS BEFORE USING THE MODEL.

Returns Policy We believe that you will be 100% satisfied with your product, but occasionally you may need to return an item.
You can cancel your order and return it to us within 14 days of the purchase date if it is in it's original condition, completely unused, and suitable for resale. You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us, and we suggest you use a secure delivery method (which requires a signature upon delivery).
Refunds are made within 7 days of an order being cancelled and the goods having been returned to us along with the original receipt.
For RTF (Ready To Fly) Helicopters, there is a simple procedure. Any faults or concerns must be reported to us before you attempt to fly the model.
If you attempt to fly the model it can not be classed as faulty and no refunds or returns will be accepted. Although this sounds harsh unfortunately some customers will crash their models and then try and claim the model is faulty.
It is recommended full flight checks are carried out before flying. In any event you should do this before each new flight.
Please contact us by email or phone before returning any goods, so we can give you a specific returns number.
You have the right to return a faulty item within a reasonable period of time. Please keep all the warranty information that accompanies your item as this may be needed should there be a fault. In the unlikely event that you have a faulty item, you may find it quicker and easier to contact the manufacturer directly so that they can rectify the problem for you. Our warranty covers all manufacturing defects and does not cover faults arising from poor/improper use.
As for normal returns, you must contact us by email or phone before returning any goods, so we can give you a specific returns number.
Regarding postage costs of returned items, if the item is deemed to be faulty we will cover the return postage costs to us. If it is just a standard unwanted return you as a consumer will cover the postage charge for returning the product to us.
By law, consumers in the European Union have the right to cancel a contract for the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after receipt of the order. If you wish to cancel your order under this regulation please notify us and give your name and order number.
